These terms apply when you buy a PracLens report. Please read them before you purchase.

Who sells the report
Orders are processed by Gumroad, our merchant of record, which also handles payment, taxes and receipts. Gumroad's terms apply to the purchase.
What you get
One PDF report on the clinic you choose, plus The Before-You-Book Checklist – available to download immediately after purchase. Each copy is marked with the buyer's email and is for personal use only; please don't share, resell or republish it.
About our reports
Our reports are independent research based on public records, official registers and our own test enquiries at the time of writing. They are not medical advice and not a guarantee about any clinic. Prices and details can change, so always confirm directly with the clinic and get medical advice before treatment.
Refunds
If your report can't be downloaded, is incomplete, or is substantially different from its description, email us within 14 days at support@praclens.com and we'll fix it or refund you in full. Because reports are digital and delivered instantly, we don't otherwise offer refunds for change of mind. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
